July 2021 (second half)

There has been soooo much activity in the kitchen the last couple of weeks! Sweet, and savoury! Cherry pie, cannolis, mint chip ice cream, fettuccine Alfredo, arancini. And cheese!!! I made my own cheese! The feta was a great success, and the chèvre was tasty, but not very plentiful. I’ll definitely try that one again.

Dinner with Sue and Heidi was a lot of fun, and the food was delicious, as always. If you’re in Chatham, check out Spice and Curry. Really authentic, freshly made Indian food.
