The custom orders for Christmas went really well: boxes of cookies and squares were really popular. I also did a lot of baking for a Christmas show in mid-December. That was an absolute disaster! It was poorly attended due to organizer mismanagement, and Covid, of course, so I lost almost my entire investment in ingredients, and time. Maybe shows aren’t for me?
