Hi! I’m Rhonda!

Where to begin? Where to begin? I guess, at the beginning.

I’m Rhonda, the RC of RC Country Life. I grew up in the country, on a farm. I imagine, by most objective opinions, it was a pretty idyllic way to grow up. But by the time I hit my teens, I HATED it. Couldn’t wait to get out. Small towns were not my thing. So before I turned 18, I had moved to the big city for school, and I never looked back.

Until.

In late summer 2019, I was downsized. No big deal. I’ll find a job, no problem. Except, I didn’t. After a few promising interviews, COVID hit, in the spring of 2020. My promising job prospects suddenly looked bleak.

So, after much soul searching, and not many more options, I returned to the country. My sister opened her home to me on the family farm, while I found my footing and decided what to do with my life. While not my first option, I recognized that I was lucky to have it as an option.
